Personal Training...

You can also have Personal Training sessions to complete your Intro Course if you want the most complete foundation to your programme.



The Private Intro Course consists of:

10 x 1 hour PT sessions at a time that suits you.

 

Our coaches have over 25 years of combined personal training experience and are some of the best in the South East. They are ready to help you achieve your maximum potential. Personal training is the fastest way to help you achieve your goals because we can specifically plan and tailor the programme to your needs.

You are not paying for a one-hour session with our coaches at Connect. You are paying for a fully implemented, periodised training plan to get you from where you currently are to where you want to be.

 

Our packages range from 1 month to 12 month personalised plans and our coaches only take on a small number of people each month. Please get in touch here to register your interest.
