Refunds & Returns

Reebok CrossFit Connect sell their retail apparel products based on an order first basis due to the custom nature of the items. We do not hold a range of sizes and colours for our Reebok CrossFit Connect apparel. When your order is placed for a retail item of this type we order it from our suppliers within 2 working days. You can expect to receive your order in 10-12 days from the time of placing your order. If there is any delay in your order for any reason we will contact you by email at the earliest opportunity.



Our Plan P Paleo diet 30 day plans will be shipped within 2 working days.



How your order will be sent:

Your order will be dispatched by post using Royal Mail First Class post.



How long will delivery take?:

Within the UK you can expect delivery within 10-12 working days for apparel items (see above) and within 5-7 days for other items. International orders may take longer. Please contact us for shipping prices to overseas at info@crossfitconnect.co.uk



IMPORTANT:

Customs and Duty: Please note that all shipments to Non EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.



Refunds:& Returns

Due to the custom nature of our apparel we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you order the correct size item using the size charts on the item page.



Lost or Damaged Goods:

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email at info@crossfitconnect.co.uk or by phone +447791474780. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of ‘your 'despatched’ confirmation' email in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged.



If you received the wrong product:

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact info@crossfitconnect.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will gladly exchange for the correct item.



Cancellation

​If cancellation of an order is necessary, it must be done no later than 24-hours after the order placement.
